Ms. Kelly

My name is Tara Kelly and I am the ELL Coordinator/Teacher of Ellington Public Schools. I obtained my B.A. in Business Communications & Technology from Hollins University in Roanoke, VA. I received an M.S. in TESOL from Central Connecticut State University. I am currently working on my Ph.D. at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Composition & TESOL.
